Prospective Renter:          I’m calling about your advertisement for an apartment.

Leasing Agent:                    Yes, we’ve got great beachside apartments, all newly renovated.

Prospective Renter:          That sounds fantastic!  But I need something closer to downtown, as I spend most of my time at the office.

Leasing Agent:                    No problem. We have a nice apartment complex located in the downtown area. It’s perfect for the busy professional. Fully furnished luxury apartments, with a service staff in the lobby to take care of the trivial details of your home life while you are at work.

Prospective Renter:          I’m sure they’re wonderful, but I need an unfurnished apartment in a more economical price range.

Leasing Agent:                    Ah! I get the picture. We have just what you need. Our Riverside View apartments have several floor plans. The junior one-bedroom apartments are very economical, but their layout makes great use of a small amount of space.  And the complex overlooks Riverside Drive near the business district.

Prospective Renter:          Great! I’ll call the complex manager and arrange a viewing at lunchtime.
